About Me

My Approach and Business Story

With over 20 years experience in midwifery care and health visiting, working with families, I have gained a wealth of experiences supporting individuals and couples through their pregnancy, birth and beyond.

During my time I have witnessed changes within society and our healthcare system which are negatively impacting birth and parenting experiences leading to increases in birth trauma and postnatal recovery, which all impact your parenting journey.

This is why I set these courses up, I have seen first hand the power of education around birth and hypnobirthing, and how it can help you achieve a positive birth, which ultimately impacts the start of your parenting journey.

I have also witnessed the isolation and struggles of new parents, which is why my small group classes give you the opportunity to gain support not only from me, a qualified Health Visitor, but also other parents while learning techniques that can calm your baby, improve sleep and so much more.

I am passionate about providing specialist support to families throughout their pregnancy and parenthood journeys to enable a more positive experience for everyone from the start. I wish to build a community of confident, supportive parents.
